Our business began in 1952 by a young real estate lawyer, and three times decorated, retired U.S. Army WWII lieutenant, Bill Agapion. Educated at The Citadel, UNC-Chapel Hill, and the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law, his mission was to provide quality affordable real estate rentals.
