Art Properties has been developed in the real estate sector since 1993, founded by Rafael Guerra (current Commercial Director). It specializes in the sale of real estate in the coastal strip that goes from the Punta Carretas neighborhood to Miramar Park in the City of Montevideo. It currently has a staff of more than 30 employees and 2 customer service offices in Pocitos and Carrasco.
