Blue Ridge Brokerage began offering business services in early 2005. We started as a business broker firm only but quickly branched into commercial real estate, farmland, acreage and leasing opportunities. In the beginning, we only serviced Watauga County, but seeing the need, soon began servicing Avery, Ashe and Wilkes counties of NC also.
