Bomier Properties incorporated in December 1990 as a commercial real estate company in Appleton, Wisconsin. Founder Terry Bomier, already a veteran real estate agent, believed the business community was underserved when buying or selling commercial property and deserved more thorough market analysis and personal attention throughout the relationship. Sales and leasing were the company’s primary areas of concentration early on.
