Cen Pac Properties was incorporated in 1964 in the State of Hawaii. During this time we have learned much and realized long ago that our job is to prevent obsolescence. Physical, functional and economic obsolescence are inevitable, just like “death and taxes”. Any building regardless of its design is headed down that slow road to obsolescence. We accomplish this through proper maintenance programs and inspections.
