Charles White are a residential property management company. We serve groups of individual property owners who each have collective responsibility for areas where they live, areas such as lifts, gardens, corridors and roofs. We call what we do block management (you may also know it as factoring or development management). Our job is to maintain and enhance these areas, working in partnership with our owners to ensure their money is used wisely to maximize property values.
