Overview
Steven, along with his father and former real-estate attorney, Byron R. Chrisman, began Chrisman Commercial in 1998. Chrisman Commercial specializes in the development, leasing and management of office, flex, R&D, industrial and warehouse space in Boulder County. All buildings currently managed by Chrisman Commercial are co-owned by various Chrisman family members. The Chrisman property portfolio currently consists of nearly 650,000 s.f.
Some of Chrisman Commercial's past brokering activity includes all phases of the leasing, marketing and sales of many of its previously-owned buildings ranging in size from 9,000 to 152,000 square feet.
Steven is a Boulder native and attended Boulder High School. Thereafter, he received a B.A. in Economics from Pepperdine University in 1990. After college, Steven became employed in real estate development and management with Regal Management, Boulder, Colorado. Prior to beginning Chrisman Commercial, Steven acquired his real estate license and worked as a Broker Associate with Prudential Wise-McIntire.Read more...
