Citivision Commercial Real Estate has been serving its clients since 1994. Citivision Commercial Real Estate was originally formed as Emerald Real Estate which was a joint venture between Edward Maiello and Emerald Fund a well known and respected development company. The purpose of this joint venture was to develop the San Francisco Auto Center in a retail shopping center featuring such tenants as Safeway, Office Depot, Ross Dress for Less, and other national, regional and local retailers.
