Clark Properties is a St. Louis Property Management Company founded by Harold L. Clark. Since 1985, Clark has acquired, renovated and sold or leased more than 5 million square feet of office, warehouse/distribution and light manufacturing space in metropolitan St. Louis. One of Clark’s larger projects has been the Union Seventy Center. This former General Motors St. Louis Assembly Plant consisted of 161 acres of land and approximately 3.2 million square feet of vacated buildings.
