The CRESS Group is an acronym that stands for Commercial Real Estate Site Services. The Group was founded in 2012 through the collaboration of Cody Cress and Tyler Pegg.
Cody and Tyler met at Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast in 2007, where they initially completed various deals as independent brokers. Realizing there was greater strength in numbers and recognizing that each individual brought a unique set of skills and perspective to the business, they decided to team up in 2012.
