Our carefully selected live-in Guardians are the perfect temporary security option until a new use for the building is found. Unlike paying for traditional and expensive methods of ‘protection’ against the negative effects of vacancy like boarding up, fencing and/or installing security cameras around the premises, DEX Property Management works with carefully selected ‘guardians’, who will actively protect the property without rights of tenancy.
