Erland Construction was established in 1977 as an open shop general contracting company to meet the needs of Clients seeking experience and expertise unfettered by union affiliation. The founding principals brought years of hands-on experience from a large union contractor to this new endeavor. Much of the original team is still with Erland today, a testament to the respect and integrity with which we treat our Clients and our colleagues.
