Essex Properties Limited was originally established as a small family enterprise in 1980, pushed forward by the passion of its founders James and Carol Sullivan MIRPM. In later years as their family grew so did business, the entire family became involved working closely to build a strong relationship with their clients ensuring their commitment to traditional high standards and a bespoke personal service.
