Gallant Richardson Estate Agents was established in 1993, with John Gallant as one of the founding partners. John’s previous experience stretches back to 1970 and includes many years as a partner in the well-known North Essex estate agency group Sheen & Richardson. Andy Wade joined in 1994. At that time, Andy specialized in providing expert advice on mortgages and the financial aspects of buying, selling and investing in property.
