Established in 1965 by Tony Grant, the firm has always been based in the West End of London and quickly established a reputation for being active commercial estate agents and surveyors.
The Practice was the first West End firm to open a permanent office in London's Docklands in the late 1980's where they quickly established themselves as lead commercial estate agents on a large number of the early enterprise zone developments including advice relating to Canary Wharf.
