Patio Comercial has more than 51 commercial centers for rent distributed throughout the country. In recent years we have added to our portfolio larger centers, such as Patio Rancagua Mall and La Fabrica Patio Outlet, in addition to strip centers, a format in which we are leaders in Chile.
Patio Offices is the division specialized in development and rental of office buildings, where excellence and location are the main focuses of each of our projects. We have 11 assets for rent located in strategic areas of the city of Santiago, with a seal of excellence, elegance and style in each of them.
Patio Industrial has several projects in the area of industrial parks, distribution centers in the "build to suit" mode and warehouses for rent.
Patio Residencial is a new division that seeks to capitalize our experience in real estate rental, but now oriented to the housing market, specifically departments. This division is focused on the investment and development of residential buildings.
