The Guilford Building was built in Downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, in 1927 during the roaring twenties. The GB was a hot commodity then, and it is even hotter now. The renovated building is filled with technology companies and all their accoutrements: fiber, double-power-loop electricity, back-up systems, co-locate rooms, and a big, flat, clearview roof for antennas. Amongst the telcos, small to mid-size companies and professionals of all stripes lease offices.
