After getting his first Real Estate License in 1980, Doug Hartmann Sr. founded Hartmann Realtors in Collinsville in 1984 and ran a Sales and Property Management Company. Doug Hartmann Jr. bought the sales portion of Hartmann Realtors in 2006 and it ran as a Franchised Sales Brokerage for 12 years. In September of 2018 Doug and Doug Jr, with the help of Kris Scott, decided to merge both companies back together as Hartmann Realtors Inc. with a Hartmann Rentals Division.
