Janice Steffensen and Elaine North formed J & E Property Management & Sales, LLC with the purpose of providing superior property management and sales services for Southern Utah. Janice has been in Real Estate since 1992 in Cedar City. Janice is currently President of the Iron County Board of Realtors, and serves as the Southern Utah Vice Chair for the Utah Association of Realtors Grievance Committee. She is also on the Utah Housing Opportunity Fund Committee and has served on the Iron County Board of Realtors for over fifteen years in various board positions. Serving in the Realtor community has been a high priority. Janice received the Rookie of the Year Award her first year in business and she received the Broker of the Year in 2012. Janice has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in finance from BYU. She is also a graduate of the Utah Association of Realtors Leadership UAR. Elaine has worked in Office Management for over twenty years and has been involved in Real Estate since 2009. She has extensive experience in bookkeeping, which is an asset to owners in their transnational and financial matters.
