Last2 Development was founded in 2008 by Michael Last and David Last as a real estate development company focusing in the Greater Boston area we live in. In 2012 David Last took over ownership of Last2 Development expanding the range of services the company offered to Property Management, Brokerage and Consulting in addition to Development. Since then the company has grown each year in revenue, number of clients and has opened up a second office in South Boston.
