Omega Properties, Inc. was founded in January 1979 as a general commercial real estate brokerage and development company. Omega Properties, Inc. has developed self-storage properties, residential subdivisions and has been involved in many other commercial brokerage transactions such as land deals, small commercial and waterfront developments.
Since 1993, “Omega” has focused primarily on brokerage, acquisition, development and management of self-storage properties.
