OPES Commercial Real Estate began as Keller Williams Commercial. KW Commercial started Nationwide in 2010, and has been built by agents, for agents.
The first agent to see the vision in the Kansas City Market and start Keller Williams Commercial Kansas City (KWCKC) was Chuck Cuda. He launched the Kansas City office in January of 2011 having come from a larger brokerage firm in KC attaining his Missouri and Kansas Broker’s licenses along the way.
