Real Estate Property Management, Inc. was established in 1984 to professionally manage the real estate investments of its founder. At that time, the company’s main concentration was residential rentals in the Greater Woonsocket, RI area. Having full-time clerical staff and rental agents allowed the operation to quickly expand into the nearby towns of Cumberland and North Smithfield, as well as towns further away such as Narragansett.
