Sudberry Properties, Inc. is a 30 year old family held company that both develops and manages commercial real estate mainly in San Diego County. It's prime developments lie in the area of shopping centers but it has, also, developed Class 'A' office space both in general and for 'build to suit' purposes. It currently is developing one of the last remaining large tracks of land in San Diego.
