Sundance Realty is the only locally owned non-franchised real estate office in Innisfail. The company was formed in 2009 when Denise Lester purchased Sundance Capital Corp.’s asset and property management portfolio from Daryl Hillman. Denise Lester is the owner and broker of Sundance Realty & Management and Daryl Hillman came on board as the Denise’s mentor and the associate broker.
