Warner Realty was established in 1994 by Wendy Carter Warner. She has steadily built the company into a strong competitor in the Commercial and Industrial Market along with Residential and land sales.
Wendy become a REALTOR IN 1983. She graduated from East Tennessee State University and earned her broker’s license in 1985. Working with her father the late Grady Carter at Carter Brother’s Realty until 1994 opening Warner Realty Co. She have been very active with the local Greeneville Brokers Council and held many positions in the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors.
Continuing her education by earning the CCIM designation Certified Chimerical Investment member in 2000. Wendy is a member of the North Tennessee Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service and is also a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtor and the Knoxville Investment Multiple Listing Service.Read more...
