Whatley & Darty Commercial Real Estate was founded in October 2001 by Kenny Whatley and Lan Darty, two experienced commercial real estate agents, in Dothan, AL.
The newly-founded company quickly obtained a substantial share of the commercial property listings in the area. An expansion was made by the Company into the Panama City, Florida market in early 2005 with the opening of Whatley & Darty Real Estate & Development, LLC in Panama City Beach.
