W.J.P. DEVELOPMENT, LLC was established as a New Hampshire limited liability company in 2003 by Jeffrey D. Gilbert and Stuart M. Scharff to acquire, develop and manage community shopping centers and other commercial real estates. The Company’s offices are located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
The Company and its affiliated entities own and manage approximately 270,000 square feet of gross leasable space in 5 retail properties located throughout New Hampshire.
